VET Acting 2024

Year 2 students attended a full day excursion at Lilydale Performing Arts Centre working with Industry Guests - Producer, Director, Production Designer and Videographer.
Year 2 students choose from Directing, Presenting, Make-up, Audition and Select actors or Shoot TV content. This collaborative project is the start of their exciting journey into making a short film.
The course continues to give the students current information, knowledge and skills with its connections to Melbourne’s Film and Television industry maintaining real industry exposure.
Term 2 see Action Acting incursions with Industry Guest Chris Peters Australian Film Industry pioneer and introducing Richard Anastasios Stunt Actor featured in Mortal Kombat, Thor and Killer Elite.
These sessions help actors extend their physicality within scripted work.
